How soon will my purchases arrive?

We know you want your new pieces as soon as possible so we endeavour to send all orders out within 3 working days although at particularly busy times this may not be possible, if this is the case we will let you know. If you want to guarantee that your order will arrive ASAP you can use our Special Delivery service, see our delivery section for details.

Do you accept orders from outside the UK?

Yes, we welcome customers from all over the globe.

All international packages to the countries below are sent via Airsure which means all items are trackable and insured. This will cost £6.95 and will take up to 5 days from despatch.

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

World Zones: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA.

All international packages to other countries are sent via Airmail which also costs £6.95 and will take up to 10 days from despatch.

The item I wanted is sold out – what should I do?

If an item is showing as “sold out” but is still available for viewing on the website, we will be getting more stock back in. Many of the items on Betsey Loves are made from unusual or vintage components from all over the world and some items are limited edition or one off which means that once they’re gone, sadly we won’t be getting them back. However, if you let us know the item you are interseted in through our contact us form we may be able to offer you something very similar, or order it back in stock for you.

Do you take commissions?

Betsey Loves’ Betsey Boutique Jewellery range offers a special bespoke ordering service. In fact, Betsy Boutique Jewellery loves nothing more than creating special one off pieces. Whether you’ve been dreaming of something specific or you want something made up from parts you’ve seen on other pieces in the Betsey Boutique range, drop us a line and well put our creative hats on to come up with something really special that stands out from the crowd. Many of the other designers on the site also take commission and we can put you in touch with them just get in touch via our contact us form.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from the Betsey Loves website?

You don’t need a PayPal account to buy from Betsey Loves. We gladly accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Solo and Discover and all payments are processed through PayPal but you don’t have to have a PayPal account to pay, just follow the links at the checkout.

Is Betsey Loves secure?

We use PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What is the Betsey Loves privacy policy?

At Betsey Loves we value your privacy when shopping online and we will never pass on your details to any other company. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  2. address
  3. email address

These are collected by Paypal for the strict intention of processing your order and will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be disclosed to a third party. As Paypal processes all payments, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point. The information we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

We hope you adore your new item from Betsey Loves however, if you are dissatisfied, we’re happy to offer a full refund (excluding postage and packing fees) provided that you email us within 2 days of receiving the item and the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and is in it’s original, unworn condition. This does not apply to earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense. We also recommend obtaining a certificate of postage as we can’t be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on it’s journey back to us.
