How soon will my purchases arrive?
Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
Yes, we welcome customers from all over the globe.
All international packages to the countries below are sent via Airsure which means all items are trackable and insured. This will cost £6.95 and will take up to 5 days from despatch.
Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
World Zones: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA.
All international packages to other countries are sent via Airmail which also costs £6.95 and will take up to 10 days from despatch.

As Paypal processes all payments, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point. The information we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
We hope you adore your new item from Betsey Loves however, if you are dissatisfied, we’re happy to offer a full refund (excluding postage and packing fees) provided that you email us within 2 days of receiving the item and the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and is in it’s original, unworn condition. This does not apply to earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense. We also recommend obtaining a certificate of postage as we can’t be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on it’s journey back to us.
