Santa's on his way. To make sure you get your Betsey Loves items in time for Christmas here's our Xmas postage guide:

UK Customers

For standard first class and recorded delivery please make you order by 5pm on Saturday 19th December. For Special Delivery, please order before 12pm on Tuesday 22nd December:

International Customers

The last posting date for the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Asia is Friday 4th December. Orders to Japan, Canada and Eastern Europe needed to be placed by 5pm on Wednesday 9th December and all orders to Western Europe must be made by 5pm on Thursday 10th December.

Placing an order

Ordering from Betsey Loves is simple. Just select the item you want by clicking on the ‘Add to basket’ button which you will find on each product page. When you have finished shopping click the 'Checkout now' button, which you will find after adding an item or in the top right corner of every page. If you click on the 'Basket' button it will give you a final review of what you have put in there.

When you proceed to the checkout, you will be asked for a delivery address and an email address so we can keep in touch regarding your order. You will then need to select a shipping method before confirming your order. The final step is to pay for your order via paypal.

Payment

We gladly accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Solo and Discover and process all payments through PayPal. You don’t have to have a PayPal account to pay though, just follow the links to the paypal site at the checkout.

Finally, if you login in as a Betsey Loves customers you can keep track of your order. We can keep you posted with Betsey Loves news such as exciting product launches and competitions. It also means you can make a note of all the items you’ve fallen in love with but want to buy at a later date by setting up a wish list or track your order.

Delivery

We post Betsey Loves goodies all over the world. See below for your delivery options.

UK

The postage options available are as follows;

1st Class Recorded Delivery Special Delivery
£1.95 £2.95 £4.95

All orders placed are dispatched within 3 working days (Mon - Fri) but in most cases it will be posted the next day.

All of our items are sent out via Royal Mail. Once we have posted the item to you, we can't be held responsible for any delays. If this does happen, please contact us and if after 15 working days it has not arrived, we will file a lost item complaint with Royal Mail.

If you can't wait to get your hands on your order, select the Special Delivery postage option. This way your order should be delivered within 1 working day of being posted out (not ordered). Please note that we cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery if you select this option. We can supply a tracking number for Special Delivery on request.

Please note that if you choose first class delivery your items will not be insured if Royal Mail lose them. It's also worth remembering that for both recorded delivery and special delivery the postman will require a signature so someone needs to be at the address or you will need to collect it from your local post office.

International

All international packages to the countries below are sent via Airsure which means all items are trackable and insured. This will cost £6.95 and will take up to 5 days from dispatch.

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

World Zones: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA

International packages to all other countries are sent via Airmail which also costs £6.95 and will take up to 10 days from dispatch.

International orders may be subject to customs and import duties. The rate of these will vary from country to country and are the responsbility of the customer. Customs can sometimes delay an order reaching you. If this is the case we canlt guarantee how long an order will take to reach you however in most cases it's within 10 working days.

Returns

Cancelling your order

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Betsey Loves, for a full refund. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of ordering it via the Contact Us page.

Money back guarantee

Betsey Loves operates a full money back guarantee service. This means that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Betsey Loves, you can return your items within 14 days of the date shown on your delivery note, for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we can not offer returns on earrings.

Please note:

  1. You must return the products to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you
  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods
  3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Damaged items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, you must notify Betsey Loves within 7 days of the date shown on your delivery note for a replacement or full refund and then post the item back to us in it’s original packagaing. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

How to return your item

Before you return your item you must notify us by email. Please email returns@betseyloves.com and list:

  1. Your order number
  2. Product name
  3. Reason for return i.e. unsuitable (n.b. if you are returning a faulty item, please outline the fault in your email)
  4. Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like to exchange your item, please include the name of the product you wish to exchange it for

THEN: Repack the item in its original packaging and post it to us at Betsey Loves, 121 Palatine Road, West Didsbury, Manchester, M20 3YA

Your refund

Once we have received your returned item, we will refund you within 21 days. If the item is damaged we’ll refund you in full, including the original delivery charge and the cost inccured by you in returning the item (up to £4). If you are exchanging or returning an unsuitable item, delivery charges will not be refunded.

Unless notified otherwise, we will process a refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Your replacement

If you have asked for a faulty item to be replaced, it will take approximately 14 working days for delivery. Please note that we can only offer replacements of the same product. All replacements will be sent by First Class post. If we are unable to send you a replacement we will notify you via email and arrange a refund.
