BEDCRUMB

Bedcrumb is the creation of an independent designer/illustrator based in the UK. All pieces are made in her small busy tune-filled studio far away from mass production, with an emphaisis on quality and attention to detail. Her products range from conversation luxurious scarves and love letter purses which combine contemporary illustrations and textile design with a ‘magpie-like’ collecting obsession. Her illustrations of elegant and charmingly random ladies are digitally printed in small runs on silk and cotton and finished with new and vintage/retro fabrics, beads, buttons and trims, with many recycling and re-using fabulous finds from the past.

All collections are all given a nostalgic girl's name, such as Marilyn scarf and Vivien purse and are finished with her signature 'Dot' peg doll tag....a homage to the fabulous Dot Cotton and their joint love of a mustard cardi and fab vintage brooches!
